These Terms of Service govern your use of patiofinds.com and purchases from PatioFinds. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store Use

You may browse and buy for personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape, resell, or republish our product listings, photography, or written descriptions without written permission.

Product Information

We describe dimensions, materials, capacities, and assembly requirements as accurately as our suppliers report them. Colours vary between screens, and natural materials such as wood, wicker, and stone vary between production runs. Where a listed measurement matters to your space, measure before ordering.

Orders and Payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — including after it is placed — for pricing errors, stock shortfalls, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions, and we will refund you in full if we do. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include delivery to U.S. addresses.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Outdoor Product Safety

Outdoor products carry real safety obligations. Anchor gazebos, canopies, umbrellas, and greenhouses as the manufacturer instructs, and take them down in high wind. Keep fire pits, patio heaters, and grills clear of structures and overhangs, follow the fuel instructions supplied, and never use fuel-burning items indoors or in an enclosed space. Follow all assembly instructions and weight limits. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, or use.

Intellectual Property

Site content, including our product descriptions and page design, belongs to PatioFinds or its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
